At Fulwood, we love to celebrate special occasions with you and help you to remember the important people in your life who have passed away. If you are interested in holding a wedding, baptism or funeral at Fulwood, please get in touch with Carolyn Hothersall: carolyn.hothersall@gmail.co.uk.
We also ensure that special times throughout the year are celebrated with something a little extra. Please join us at Easter, Harvest, Remembrance Sunday and Christmas Day so that you can be a part of these memorable moments.
Weddings
Often one of the best days of a person's life, your wedding is just the start of a beautiful, loving commitment to your partner. At Fulwood, love is love and we are delighted to hold both same-sex and heterosexual wedding services. If you are considering holding your wedding with us, please come along on a Sunday morning and introduce yourselves to a church steward.
Baptisms
Both infant and adult baptisms are very special services which openly acknowledge Jesus' loving sacrifice for us as God's children. It also allows friends, family and Godparents to commit to supporting the person to be baptised in their journey through life. We very much enjoy celebrating this commitment with you. Please come along to church and meet with a steward if you are interested in holding a baptism at Fulwood.
Funerals
Supporting the grieving family and friends of a loved one who has passed away is another way in which we as a church seek to serve our community. Part of this is providing you with a funeral service which reflects the life you are celebrating, and meets your needs.
